I'm Noah Liot, Chief Technology Officer at Aquis Exchange · a member of the Group's Executive Team, leading its technology division. We build the high-quality, low-latency exchange technology that powers Aquis' own markets and, through Aquis Technologies, venues and clients worldwide.
At board and executive level, my focus is technology and AI strategy, digital transformation and delivery · turning ambitious technology visions into reliable, market-leading systems. Since joining in 2023 I have been instrumental in delivering Aquis' most significant technology projects, including an award-winning matching engine, and in establishing the robust development processes that future-proof the platform.
Technically, I remain rooted in the detail: I'm originally a quantitative analyst and algorithmic researcher and trader, multidisciplinary in approach, working across machine learning, data science and low-latency systems engineering. Before Aquis, I held senior positions at AWS, GLIA Ecosystems and Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk.
